Foxwood Steel Bandits was born, almost accidentally, at Foxwood School in the mid-eighties. Today it is a private all-age semi-professional steelband, providing the backbone for many Leeds civic events. See the Blog for the bigger story.

Players include school-workers, healthcare professionals, office workers, store managers, bar managers, a sports centre worker, and include some [five!] who teach and run their own steelbands.
