South Steel

Leeds South Steel, born in 1992, originally named Pantazia, from Merlyn Rees High School, changed its name to South Leeds when the school merged with another and they jointly became South Leeds. It is led by Charlotte Emery, and consists of ex-staff and students from the schools.

The band presently practises at Hunslet Social Club, and welcomes new members from the community - especially those who played at school at Merlyn Rees and South Leeds high school. Practises happen on different days in order to accommodate everybody's ability to take part in the band.
